WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN I MADE MY ORDER?

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Can I return my product?

At Vosko & Co. we strive to accommodate our clients in every way possible. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. 

Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 business days after you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@voskoandco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund less the shipping charge.

Returns or exchanges for holiday gifts purchased by December 23rd need to be made by January 10th. PLEASE NOTE: All sale items are final sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please contact our Customer Service Department at info@voskoandco.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. A return cannot be processed without a Return Authorization Number. All email and voice messages will be answered within 48-hours Monday through Friday.

When shipping your return or exchange, include your name, address, phone number and email address. Please package your item securely. Shipping fees and insurance is the responsibility of the client.

How Long Does It Take for my order to be shipped? 

Shipping depends on your location. All orders are processed within 48 -72 business hours from the time of purchase.

In North America, most orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks.

How much do you charge for Shipping?

Standard Shipping $10  (5-10 business days) 

Expedited Shipping $20  (2 business days)

FREE Shipping on orders over $250 before taxes

Additional duties and taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state specific requirements. 

DAMAGED ITEM

THE ITEM I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We would be mortified if you received a damaged item. Kindly email us immediately and enclose a photo to info@voskoandco.com We will gladly replace the item.

BACKORDER ITEM

THE ITEM I WANT IS ON BACKORDER - HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET?
We receive many items daily, If your item is on backorder on average, it will take 2-4 weeks to receive your item. Of course, this amount of time will vary. it is wise to reserve your piece so that you can be sure to receive it as soon as it arrives in stock.
